Compliance
At Colombara Estrategia Legal we adopt a comprehensive vision of
compliance, including Law 21,595 on Economic and Environmental
Crimes (in whose parliamentary discussion the firm's lawyers
participated prominently), as well as other relevant regulations,
such as the Karin Law (labor compliance), Personal Data Protection,
Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism, internal
investigations, among others.
We implement compliance management systems and Crime Prevention
Models in accordance with legal requirements, and we design
regulatory compliance structures and protocols.
Our work focuses on creating management and control programs to
mitigate the risk of non-compliance in the different regulated
industries.
In addition, the Firm was recognized by the Leaders League in 2023
as "highly recommended" in Compliance .
