Public Tenders
We frequently operate in the Administrative Contracting System, in
which the State participates through Public or Private Tenders, or
through Direct Treatment or Contracting.
The entry into force in 2003 of Law No. 19,886 on Public
Procurement, created institutions and a totally new system, such as
the Directorate of Purchasing, the Public Market and the Public
Procurement Court, while Law 21,634 (of December 11, 2023) came to
perfect and modernize the system created in 2003.
