Regulation and Free Competition

Economic regulation plays a fundamental role in our country, as it delimits not only the space for action between the State and the private sector, but also between the latter, in order to ensure the proper functioning of the markets. At the same time, it imposes great challenges as it requires an adequate articulation and balance of public policies and economic decisions, together with compliance with administrative, sectoral and free competition regulations.

We work in areas of economic regulation of certain markets (telecommunications, education, banking, insurance, health, aviation, among others), also considering economic and political variables.
