His practice focuses primarily on litigation and arbitration in civil, commercial, construction matters, among others.

Experience

Before rejoining our firm, Manuel served as an associate lawyer in the Litigation and Arbitration area at Gandarillas, Montt, Del Río Abogados (2022-2024). Prior to that, he worked with us at Estudio Rivadeneira, Colombara y Zegers (2020-2022). Since 2014, he has been a teaching assistant in Consumer Law at the School of Law, Universidad de Chile.

Additionally, he is the founder and Legal Director of Fundación S.O.S. Legal, an institution that provides free legal advice to low-income individuals through pro bono work by lawyers and law students.
