His practice focuses on the area of Constitutional Law, Human Rights, Personal Data Protection and NeuroRights.

Experience

With more than 25 years of experience, she has developed her career mainly in the area of human rights. She served as Project Director at the Association for Civil Rights (1997-2011) and coordinated projects at the Regional Alliance for Free Expression and Information (LatAm) (2012-2013). In addition, she was an advisor on Constitutional Law to the Unidad Ministro of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Nation and Coordinator of Constitutional Law at the National Directorate of the Argentine Legal Information System (INFOJUS) (2013-2015).

She served as a consultant to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (OAS) (2009) and as a practicing attorney at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (OAS) (2005).

Currently, she is Regional Legal Director at the Kamanau Foundation and is part of the Personal Data Protection Center of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

Academic Activities
  • She is a Professor ( part time) at the University of San Andrés (UDESA) of undergraduate (Law) and postgraduate courses: Law of Digital Technologies - DTD ( exDITC ) | CETyS.
  • She also served as Academic Director of the Morón Bar Association (2016-2018).
  • He was an assistant professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Buenos Aires (2004-2010), with associate professor Laura Clérico . He was also Head of practical work at the University of La Plata in the chair of Elements of Constitutional Law (2014-2016 ) of Professor Adolfo Ziulu.
