His practice focuses on the area of Constitutional Law, Human Rights, Personal Data Protection and NeuroRights.
With more than 25 years of experience, she has developed her career
mainly in the area of human rights. She served as Project Director
at the Association for Civil Rights (1997-2011) and coordinated
projects at the Regional Alliance for Free Expression and
Information (LatAm) (2012-2013). In addition, she was an advisor on
Constitutional Law to the Unidad Ministro of the Ministry of Justice
and Human Rights of the Nation and Coordinator of Constitutional Law
at the National Directorate of the Argentine Legal Information
System (INFOJUS) (2013-2015).
She served as a consultant to the Inter-American Commission on Human
Rights (OAS) (2009) and as a practicing attorney at the
Inter-American Court of Human Rights (OAS) (2005).
Currently, she is Regional Legal Director at the Kamanau Foundation
and is part of the Personal Data Protection Center of the Autonomous
City of Buenos Aires.
