Andrés has concentrated his practice on pension funds, investment funds, mutual funds, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities legislation, labor and social security legislation, insurance legislation, compliance (including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws, as well as corporate criminal liability laws), public sector administration, and regionalization.
