His career began at the ColombaraOlmedo Law Firm, where he worked
from 2004 to 2009, mainly in the Areas of criminal, civil and
contentious- administrative litigation. After the merger of
ColombaraOlmedo and Rivadeneira Zegers, which gave rise in 2009 to
Rivadeneira Colombara Zegers, he continued his career in the areas
of complex litigation, with emphasis on civil, commercial,
alternative dispute resolution and administrative litigation, while
also acting in Civil and Commercial matters before both Ordinary and
Arbitral Courts, Public Procurement, Court of Government
Procurement, Administrative Disciplinary Liability, Summaries and
administrative investigations, requirements before Organs of the
Administration, the Comptroller General of the Republic, the
Constitutional Court, among others.
In addition, he is a Legal Director at the Hakamana Litigation Fund.
In 2024 he was appointed Arbitrator by the Arbitration and Mediation
Center of the Chamber of Commerce of Santiago (CAM Santiago).
